The Reverend Meg Kirby - Associate Clergy

Meg came to ordained ministry later in life with plenty of life experience.

She was ordained in 2006 after training with STETs at Sarum in Salisbury. Then served her Title Curacy at St Cuthbert’s with St Aidan’s churches in Portsmouth and was then appointed as Team Vicar in the Benefice of Marden Vale in 2009.

In September 2014, she moved from Salisbury Diocese to the Oxford Diocese and the Hermitage Team Ministry as a part time Associate Priest, with a House for Duty, and presently has pastoral responsibility for the Parish of Yattendon and Frilsham and serving the whole team.

Meg is married to Christopher and they have a son, daughter in law and two grandchildren. Meg and Chris enjoy being with their family and friends, travelling, reading, films, and walking with their two Manchester Terriers.
